As originally reported in the Seattle Times, the judge in the Pacific Seafood lawsuit (Pacific Seafood being one of the country's largest seafood distributors) has ruled that the evidence does not show the company was lowering prices and buying up processors in an effort to lower prices paid to fisherman.
